JAMMU | NOV 29 Natrang presented twenty five shows of ‘Jammu and Kashmir Utsav a programme of dances, music and theatre in the India International trade fair IITF which concluded, new Delhi. The presentations of Natrang was the centre of attraction for all the visitors to the India International Trase Fair, 2006 that had the participation of other countries like China, Thailand, Nepal, Iran Afghanistan, , Pakistan, Turkey and Indonesia. A fifty member group of Natrang presented the rich variety of the cultural diversity of the state. In a highly innovative manner short skits by the seasoned actors of Natrang were presented all forms of performing arts of the state. Earlier also Natrang organized, ‘Jashna-e-Kashmir’ at Delhi Haat which not only attracted the local Delhi crown but also had the international audience. Sharing his experience Balwant Thakur the director of Natrang informed that for Natrang it was a big challenge to put up a show of international class that too at times in the spaces like Hans Dhawani where we had over ten thousands audience to witness the shows. In the fast changing world look for perfection in every sphere of life and performing arts cannot afford to be mediocre any more. The dancers included, Urja Salathia, Happy Sharma, Rupa Mehra, Meenakshi Duggal, Isha Jaral, Mehru Nissa, Kamakshi, Amrita Raina, Kamaljeet Kaur, Shifali Goswami, Surbi Sharma, Arti Langeh, Shweta Gautam, Jigmat Chosgail, Sangeeta Saina, Surina Gautam, Sonia Saini, Maheen Gulzar, Pankhuri Sharma, Sonu Khartol and others.
