The Excise and Commercial Taxes Complex Jammu shall be made fully air
conditioned to provide improved working conditions to the employes as
well as traders community.
Orders to this effect were issued today by the Minister for Finance

matters is very much needed, keeping in view the scorching heat during
summer,” Rather added.

During his inspection to various offices functioning in the complex,
the minister said “though performance was up to the mark, still there
was a need to maximize the recovery of revenue so that targets fixed
are achieved well in time.”

this year at a cost of about Rs. 28 crores.
