| Mega Lok Adalat being held at Udhampur | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
UDHAMPUR, July 30:
The District legal services Authority Udhampur is going to hold Mega Lok Adalat here at District headquarter, Udhampur from August 8 to 12.
In this connection, it is hereby informed that all the litigants whose cases are pending regarding disposal in any court of District head quarter Udhampur can be settled through Lok Adalat if they have applied for the same.
Besides, the counsels representing various Insurance Companies and Banks has also been requested to apprise their respective companies and banks about the Mega Lok Adalat and to identify and furnish the list of cases to be referred to Mega Lok Adalat.
Even the parties whose cases have not yet been filed in the court and are at pre-litigation stage can also approach the District Legal Services Authority and respective Tehsil Legal Services Committees for reference of their cases to Mega Lok Adalat.
The Lok Adalat is being held in compliance to the order of the J&K High Court Legal Services Committee.
