JAMMU, July 30:
One day Educational Teachers Conference of All Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh Teachers federation held today.
The conference was held under the Chairman ship of Bhushan S Verma and Maheshvar Parsad convener to work out the measures to raise the standard of Education in Jammu and Kashmir Noon Mohd •MLC and advisor Mukhund Lal Sharma advisor and Jagdish Singh Chowhan Joint Sec. All India National teachers federation were guest of honour and guests the teachers all over the Ja"llmu Division participated in the conference.
While addressing the conference the speakers sort out various measures to raise the Education Standard in the State.
The speakers said that special attention towards primary education may be given so that drop out rate be minimized and students take interest in attaining higher Education.
They demanded sanctioning of posts in newly upgraded Schools from 2004 and staff may be provided in all schools which are under staff for last some years.
Pardeep Kumar Reasi Manjeet Singh (D. President) Ramesh Verma (Udhampur), Kuldeep Sharm, Narsingh Dayal, (Samba), Lekh Raj (Doda), Nasinder Pal (Rajouri) Ishwer Chand, Pawan Kumar (Kathua) Parshotam Sharma (Distt. President Jammu) and Rajesh Kumar (Distt. Vice President) and others active members were present in the conference.
