| JKNA to join “Kaam Chhodo hartal” proposed by JCC | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, July 31:J&K Nursing Association (JKNA) has extended its support to the Joint Consultative Committee’s (JCC) “Kaam Chhodo Hartal” on August 5 and 6.
In a meeting held under the chairpersonship of senior JKNA leader Kaushal Kumari, the members discussed various points regarding the call given by the JCC leaders.
The members condemned the attitude of few of the nurses who had spread “rumours” that they are not with the employees of J&K State.
Kaushal Kumari said that these so called leaders are working in the emergency wings of the hospital for the last more than 12 years including Labour Room, Emergency theatre, NICU, Routine Operation Theatre.
She said these so called nurses leaders are doing nothing only enjoying the comforts of being incharge of these sections.
Kaushal also pointed out that one of these so called leaders had given in writing in the concerned police post during the last strike that she is working in the emergency wing and she had nothing to do with these kinds of strikes and she will not ever participate in any of these strikes.
She clarified that what ever these so called leaders had said, our association is with JCC under the leadership of Ram Kumar Sharma and others.
