| Accused seeks examination by Board of doctors | | Amandeep murder case | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, August-02 (JNF):- Turning down the accused Choudhary Nagar Singh alias Nago’s plea seeking examination by board of doctors, the Second Additional Sessions Judge directed the jail superintendent to get the accused examined hy jail doctor.
The applicant has alleged that he was suffering from various chronic ailments including loosing his memory and mental balance.
The learned judge held that the court is of the opinion that it is necessary to got a report from the Jail doctors regarding the ailments projected in the application and necessity for examination by the doctors GMC Jammu and directed Supt Sub-Jail Hira Nagar that he shall get the accused Nagar Singh examined by the Jail doctor and Jail doctor shall report regarding same and report whether examination by the doctors at GMC Jammu is necessary. The Supt Jail shall submit report within five days. JNF
