| MF seeks regular supply of water, power foodgrains | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 2: Muslim Federation (MF) has urged the government for ensuring regular supply of Power, Water and foodgrains to the consumers during the month of Holy month of Ramzan.
In a handout issued here today, President of Muslim Federation (MF) Talat Niaz Qazi today said that there is dire need of timely action of the enforcement squads of various departments for market checking so that erring officers, officials and shopkeepers are warned for violation of Essential Commodities Act in the market.
He said that business establishments often hike prices during holy months/days of various sections of societies. President appealed to the government and the department concerned that there should not be any curtailment in Power, Water and Ration supply during the month of August.
