Bhim leaves for Hiroshima to participate in Disarmament Campaign | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Aug 3: Chairman, Jammu Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) Prof. Bhim Singh, left for Hiroshima, Japan to participate in the 66th Anniversary of Peace Memorial Ceremony in Hiroshima where more than 200,000 innocent civilians were turned to ashes in few seconds. Second atom bomb was dropped on 9th August, 1945 by USA in Nagasaki killing more than 100,000 innocent people. Prof. Bhim Singh shall be the first Indian to observe fast for complete disarmament and peace in front of the Peace Memorial, Hiroshima. Meanwhile, the Working Committee of JKNPP today expressed deep shock on the unfortunate death of a veteran journalist-cum-politician, Inderjeet, ex-MP who died last week. In a condolence message the Panthers Party Supremo described the death of Inderjeet as a great loss to the nation and personal loss to him who has learnt a lot from the life and advice of Inderjeet. The Panthers Party Chief said that Inderjeet had played a unique role for the success of Intra J&K ‘Heart to Heart Talk’ in 2005 and again in 2007.
