Tourist influx being diverted towards Budha Amarnath | Yatra commences from today, more than 2 lakh devotees expected to have darshan | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Rajouri, Aug 3 Shri Budha Amarnath Yatra commending today towards Mandi Poonch is expected to receive pilgrim tourist influx of Manwa Mata and Baba Shiv Khori and this year more than 2 lakh Yatries are likely to have Darshan.
Sources said that authorities are going to divert Manwa Mata and Shiv Khori pilgrims towards Shri Budha Amar Nath at Mandi for which Charri Yatra commenced on August 2 from Jammu.
Managing the Yatra, Vishu Hindu Parishad leader Karan Thakur said that they are expected more than 2 lakh yatries this year and Manwa Mata and Shiv Khori Yatries are also being duiverted towards Mandi. He said that the Yatra is going to commence on Tuesday and it will culminate after 15 days at Budha Amarnath Mandir Mandi. He added that adequate arrangements have been made for the yatra.
Meanwhile police and administration have sounded alert in Poonch Rajouri regarding the Yatra and additional police have been deputed on Highway and on the ways towards Mandi area. An adequate security arrangement has also been done at the venue of Mandir Bazar Mandi.
Administration has also arranged seating and night stay arrangements of Yatries in Mandi and around the area in the houses of local people who according to sources will be given some charges.
