State President of the Shiv Sena (Bal Thackeray) Anan Sharma has demanded that the land grabbed by the encroachers should be auctioned in the open market at the prevailing market rate after identifying the same and published in the local daily news papers.
Condemned the chief Ministers decision regarding the legalization of ownership rights to the illegally grabbed /encroached land under the so called ROSHINI scheme, President of the Shiv Sena state unit said that it is a clear indication that the Chief Minister has bent his knees before the corrupt bureaucrats and corrupt politicians/ ministers and land mafia of the state who are hand in glove with each other.
In a written statement issued here, Anan Sharma said that the decision had been taken by the state govt to befool the people of the state. He said bulk of the encroached land is practically under the possession of the higher ups in the govt administration and the ex-chief ministers, former ministers as well as under the possession of the present ministers of the coalition government.
He said the decision of the state government will not benefit the state exchequer but really benefit the illegal encroachers as the state government has decided to transfer the same land to them on throw away prices instead of releasing the encroached land.
In true sense it is Roshini for evil doers and Andhera for lawabiding people of the state,he said adding that the land mafia has sold encroached land on hefty price duping common people and are cheating them without any check. |
