| Uttam Chand re-appointed as president of JKAL, Kathua unit | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA, August 4: All the activists of Jammu Kashmir Awami League unit district Kathua warmly welcomed the second time appointment of Uttam Chand as state president.
The welcome ceremony organized at Brahman Sabah where large number of activists of League gathered to honor Uttam Chand. The activists said that the state committee has taken very genuine decision to re-elect the Uttam Chand as state president for which he deserves.
On the occasion the president said that the state is suffering from various crises and it is the duty of all the activists of league to root out those crisis.
The Awami League Party was founded by the Late Kuka Pare and he played his dynamic role to bring the peace and prosperity in the state with the support of entire people of the India.
On the occasion Subash Chander, S. Balbinder Singh, Dev Raj, Ram Payare, Pawan Kumar Dharshan Singh, Avtaar Singh, and Manohar Lal were also present .
