| Court denies pre-arrest bail to Patwari | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, August-05 (JNF):- Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu Pawan
Dev Kotwal has dismissed the pre-arrest bail application filed by
Patwari Abdul Rashid s/o Ibrahim then posted Patwari Halqa Duga
Dhansal Mahore.
According to the case that Special Judge Anticorruption
Jammu has directed VOJ on July 18, 2011 to register the case against
the Patwari for allegedly accepting the bribe of Rs Rs 60,000, one tin
of Desi Ghee, seven desi cocks and eggs from the complainant in order
to confer undue benefit to complainant and Ors by processing
compensation case on account of damage to the non-fruit bearing trees
in the forest land showing same in the land of father & brother of
complainant. JNF
