JAMMU, August 05: Organised by senior players under the aegis of J&K Judo Association, 2nd Anil Basotra Memorial (open) Judo Championship shall start tomorrow at Indoor Complex, M A Stadium, here.
The event shall be declared open by wife of former secretary of the Association, Anil Basotra in whose memory the competition is being organised.
“In this two-day tournament, competition shall be held in different age groups of under-15, under-17, under-19 and open following the Judo Federation of India rules,” said senior player, Rameshwar Singh.
In all, 90 judokas have already enrolled themselves for the competition.
