‘Flavours of India’ Food festival begins at Fortune Inn

JAMMU, Aug 5:
Fortune Inn Riviera is all set to celebrate India's 65th Independence Day with the 'Flavours of India' - cuisines from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
In celebration of the rich cultural diversity of the country Fortune Inn Riviera has offered its guests an opportunity to indulge in myriad flavours of the nation. Savour delicacies from the Dogri, Kashmiri and Punjabi in the North to the Rajasthani and Maharashtrian in the West; from the Hyderabadi and Malabari in the South to the delicious Bengali desserts.
This scrumptious journey which began tody will take you on a gastronomical tour through the various tastes of India. Delicious Punjabi cuisine on offer will include Bhatti ka Murgh, Makki di Roti Te Sarson da Saag, Kadhi Pakoda and Saag Murg, while Laal Maas, Maas ke Sule and Dal Punchmel will remind one of colourful Rajasthan. The
Lucknawi Ghosht ki Nehari, Galouti Kebab, and Ulte Tawe ka Parantha will further enhance the North Indian excursion.
A culinary ride to South India will include Hyderabadi Pathar ka Gosht, Mirch Ka Salan and Haleem.
The Malwani delicacies of Maharashtra will add to the variety that is sure to satisfy the taste buds of all those who visit the Fortune Inn Riviera this Independence week.
The festival designed in sync with the theme of the month will display the Indian spirit of unity in diversity. Each day one special cuisine will be on menu making it a daily treat to look forward to for ardent fans of Indian food. The culmination dinner on 15th August will offer Daawat-eKhaas - the most popular best seller of the festival.
