Jammu, August-06 (JNF):- The Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Jammu today denied bail to an accused facing charges of killing a minor.
The Court reject the bail application of Purvinder Pal Singh who, according to the police report, was driving negligently killed a 15-year-old boy on July 16 near Sohal. The injured, Sikander Kumar succumbed to injuries in the hospital.
CJM Jammu Mr. MS Parihar after hearing Advocates Sandeep The deceased father also appeared in the court and said the accused killed his son intentionally. His statement, however, was not recorded. The court after eharing the parties denied bail to the accused.
