Fill vacant posts of Punjabi language teachers: APSCC | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT SRINAGAR, Aug 7: All Parties Sikh Coordination Committee (APSCC) today threatened to stage protests across the state if the Omar Abdullah led coalition government failed to fill vacant posts for Punjabi language teachers in public schools. The Education minister had assured a Sikh delegation that the appointment of Punjabi teachers would be made soon but nothing had happened so far, said Jagmohan Singh Raina, chairman APSCC. He alleged some vested interests wanted the Punjabi language to die and threatened to stage protests in the state if the government did not fill vacant posts for the Punjabi language teachers.
