| Cabinet sub-committee on Justice Sagheer working group holds 3rd meeting | | | Early Times Report
SRINAGAR, Aug 8: Cabinet sub-committee to deliberate upon the constitutional, legal and political ramifications of the recommendations of Justice Sagheer led working Group on Centre-State relations held its 3rd meeting here today under the Chairmanship of the Minister for Finance and Ladakh Affairs, Abdul Rahim Rather.
Minister for Rural Development Ali Mohammed Sagar, Minister for PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, Taj Mohi-ud-Din, Minister for Industries and Commerce, S.S.Salathia, Qamar Ali Akhoon, Minister for Revenue, Raman Bhalla, Minister for CAPD and Secretary Law, G.H.Tantray attended the meeting.
The meeting held threadbare discussion on the subject and would again meet in the first week of September, 2011. Sub-Committee had earlier also discussed recommendations in its meetings held on January 28th, 2011 and June 1, 2011. The Justice Sagheer led Working Group is the V working group constituted by the Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh to address various dimensions of Central-State relations.
