| 5 days Mega Lok Adalat decided 7 cases at Kishtwar | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KISHTWAR, Aug 8:
The Chairman Legal Services Authority, M.L. Manhas Principal District
and Sessions Judge Kishtwar organised 5 day Mega Lok Adalat in the
premises of District Court Complex Kishtwar which will continue till
August 12.
On the first day total 15 cases were taken up out of which 7 cases
were decided on spot through mediation and conciliation by the bench
which was headed by M.L. Manhas Principal Distt. & Sessions Judge
Kishtwar, and assisted by Ashwani Kumar Sharma Chief Judicial
Magistrate Kishtwar, and Vinood Kumar Munsiff JMIC Kishtwar. The said
Lok Adalat has been given wide publicity and several cases have been
fixed in 5 day long Mega Lok Adalat. On this occasion President Bar
Association Kishtwar, along with Bar members were present besides
attended by Chief Prosecuting Officer, Sr. P.O, Prosecuting Officer,
litigants and social workers and prominent citizens.
