| Learner license available online | | | Early Times Report
SRINAGAR, Aug 8: State Transport Authority has connected the offices of RTO Kashmir and Jammu with National Transport Portal, New Delhi, launched on July 20, 2011.
The facility aims at facilitating people to get new driving learner license (Non-Commercial) on-line. According to Transport Commissioner, the applicants can submit their applications online on the website http/parivahan.nic.in. After filing the applications online, the applicants can approach the concerned RTO/ ARTO office with relevant documents in support of their particulars.
