| International model Martynenko walks ramp for JD fashion Instt | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Aug 8:
The award winning collections of the students of Jd Institute of Fashion Technology Jammu Centre were today showcased by renowned International Model Ganna Martynenko.
Martynenko is a famous name in the fashion industry and has walked the ramps of Italy and Milan, she has also worked on various fashion weeks like - Syria fashion week and Istanbul fashion week and very soon at the India fashion week. She has shoot for cover page girl in various leading fashion magazines, modelled for "Schwarzkopf" company, and brands like OZEL Studio, MAWI London, Forever Unique, she has already shot for various designers in India
Martynenko was on a special visit to Jd Institute Jammu, in order to appraise the designer students about the demands of the International markets.
Considering her vast experience as a top model, she helped the students in understanding the intricacies and competitions at the international level.
The event was marked by an enthralling Fashion Show in which MGanna Martynenko was the showstopper. The showcased garments were the collections made by Jammu students and these were on the ramp at the Jd Annual Awards 2011 held In Delhi last month.
RC Dalal, Executive Director, Jd Institute, Delhi was the Guest of Honour of the event. He too appraised the Students about the qualities of a good fashion designer. He also appreciated the work done by Jd Institute Jammu.
Maansi Gupta, Centre Director, Jd Jammu said that this is the culmination of Year long efforts of the students.
