| LAHDC Kargil, Leh call on CM | | | Early Times Report
SRINAGAR, Aug 9: The members of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), Kargil and Leh led by Chief Executive Councilors, Kacho Ahmad Ali Khan and Rigzin Spalbar today met Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah here and discussed matters pertaining to the development of Kargil and Leh districts.
Minister for Finance, Abdul Rahim Rather, Minister for CAPD, Qamar Ali Akhoon and Advisor to Chief Minister, Mubarak Gul were present in the meeting. Responding to demands put forth by the Councilors for the development of Leh and Kargil districts, the Chief Minister said that integrated development of hilly, backward and inaccessible areas is receiving priority attention of his Government.
He assured full support of the Government to the Councilors in their efforts of carrying forward development process to every area in Ladakh region.
