| HC directs DC Jammu to appear in person | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, August-09 (JNF):- Justice JP Singh of Jammu & Kashmir High
Court Jammu Wing today directed Deputy Commissioner (Collector Land
Acquisition) Jammu to appear in person on the next date of hearing for his failure to comply with the order of Court dated June 3, 2011 in which
Court directed Additional Advocate General appearing for the Deputy
Commissioner Jammu to file affidavit regarding the steps taken by him
in the land acquisition of the petitioners.
The petitioners Badri Nath & Ors have filed this petition
to release their land or initiate the process of acquisition. JNF
