| Court directs VOJ for necessary action under law | | Case against Patwari | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, August-09 (JNF):- In a complaint filed by one Darshan Lal s/o
Bhagat Ram r/o Nowhsera Tehsil Rajouri in which he has submitted that
the Patwari Mohd Younas with connivance Kali Dass s/o Makhan Lal has
wrongly entered revenue record against the complainant on the basis
that the Divisional Commissioner Jammu has stayed the Girdawari but
there was no stay granted by the Divisional Commissioner regarding the
Girdawari and seeking registration of case u/s 5(2) r/w 5(1) PC Act
2006 and 468/467/218/120-B/161/466 and 109 RPC.
Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu Pawan Dev Kotwal
has forwarded the application to Incharge P/S VOJ for necessary action
under law through CPO and report. JNF
