JAMMU, August 9: Youth Congress Foundation Day was celebrated by Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Youth Congress Committee at its headquarter Shaheedi Chowk, Jammu under the leadership of Sandeep Dogra-General Secretary PYC,.
On this occasion flag was hoisted and Youth Congress pledge was taken by the leaders including Joyti Sharma-General Secretary PYC, Rajveer Manhas, president DYC Jammu Urban, Joyti Vaid, Vikram Bhandari (secretaries PYC).
