ABVP Kathua against corruption, price rise | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Kathua , Aug 9: Akhil Bhartya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) activists blocked the college road for more than one hour to lodge their protest against the flourishing of corruption in the state as well as entire country from higher level to lower level. The protest was led by the senior most activists of the ABVP Ravinder Sharma and district in charge Rahul Dev who urged the youth to come forward in support of Anna Hazare and Baba Ram Dev who have launched a country wide massive crusade against the corruption. They said that corruption has taken a dangerous form and deep root in the entire government, private sector and even all the politicians and bureaucrats are extremely indulged to make huge money by wrong and anti social activities that has caused major and irreparable damage to the economic system of the country in which common man is worst affected. The ABVP urged the common youth to join under the banner of the “Youth against Corruption” movement is to get free India from the brutal clutches of corruption and said that to wage fight against corruption is the fight for second freedom of India. In the meanwhile the Kathua police under the supervision of DSP Daljeet Singh and SHO B.S Manhas intervened to get road in routine state for traffic movement. The protest was joined by the district president of Bajrang Dal Ajay Tak, president of NGO National Youth Project Kamlesh Jasrotia, Arun Raina, Sanjay Sharma, Manmohan Sharma, Pardeep Gupta, Gaurav Gupta, Sunil Kumar Rajat Sharma, and etc were present.
