| Do not select ReTs: HC | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, August-10 (JNF):- Justice JP Singh in a petition filed by Ranjana Bharti seeking
quashment of advertisement notice dated July 7, 2011 for the posts of
ReT without providing consideration to the reservation rules, have
issued notice to State through Principal Secretary Education, Director
School Education Jammu, CEO Samba and ZEO Vijaypur and after hearing
Adv Pawan K Kundal appearing for the petitioner ordered that selection
of Rehbar-e-Taleem for primary school Dera Badhoori of Zone Vijaypur
shall not be finalized till next date of hearing.
In the petition it has been submitted that respondents
while issuing advertisement notice by virtue of which the posts were
advertised without providing consideration to the reservation rules,
according to the rules one of post of ReT teacher as a roaster point
for the SC category for primary school and considered the petitioner
against the post of under SC category. JNF
