| Staff Training Centre of J&K Grameen Bank inaugurated | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Aug 10: In an impressive function organised at Corporate Office of J&K Grameen Bank, M L Sukhdeve, CGM, NABARD, Jammu inaugurated Staff Training Centre for imparting in-house training to the staff of Grameen Bank for skill up gradation and capacity building.
Welcoming the Chief Guest, Raja Abdul Lateef, Chairman, J&K Grameen Bank thanked Sukhdeve, CGM for sparing valuable time from his busy schedule for inauguration of the newly opened Staff Training Centre & “1st Induction Programme for newly recruited clerk-cum-cashiers” in J& K Grameen Bank. He further thanked CGM, NABARD for rendering valuable support to the Bank
Sharing his experience with the trainees Sukhdeve impressed upon them to listen with open mind and always be ready to change their mindsets and attitude so as to equip themselves for the professional challenges ahead of them in discharging their duties in the organisation. The importance of imparting trainings is beneficial to the institutions with honing the skills of the staff and their capacity building to face the challenges posed by changing environment in the banking industry.
