| Harsh puts forth demands | | |
JAMMU | NOV 30 A delegation of J and K National Panthers Party (JKNPP) led by former minister and MLA Harshdev Singh met the finance minister and sought waving of agriculture loans raised by farmers of Jammu region on the analogy of Kashmir region where loans raised for trade, tourism and house boat business were waived off long time back. He also sought enhancement of honorarium of ReT teachers and special finance assistance for bad pocket blocks. Other demands raised by him were removal of disparity in relief disbursement to earth quake victims of Udhampur, Kathua, Jammu, Doda and Rajouri, punitive action against the departments which have failed to release funds despite having received the same from centre and other sources.
