| Declare result of MMPHW within 2 weeks: HC | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, August-11 (JNF):- In three petitions filed by the petitioners
who have been admitted to an institute which was authorized by the
State Govt to impart instructions in the Male Multipurpose Health
Worker (MMPHW), Female Multipurpose Health Worker (FMPHW) and Medical
Assistant/ Pharmacists Courses seeking direction to institution to
declare their result of Part-I Examination. It is stated that the
State respondents would have no objection to declare the result of
petitioners Part-I Examination.
Justice JP Singh after hearing the parties observed that in view of the statement made by the state counsel nothing remains in this petition for further adjudication and disposed
of petitions with the directions to State respondents to declare the
petitioners’ result of part-I examination in respective courses i.e.
Male Multipurpose Health Worker (MMPHW), Female Multipurpose Health
Worker( FMPHW) and Medical Assistant/ Pharmacists within a period of
two weeks regularizing their admission to the course, Court directed.
