New Raksha Bandhan agenda for NPSU | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, August 12: In his Raksha Bandhan greetings, Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman, J&K National Panthers Party and Chief Patron, National Panthers Students Union has congratulated the countrymen, the people of J&K in particular on the highly traditional and secular festival of Raksha Bandhan. In special greetings to the student’s fraternity, Professor Bhim Singh has offered NPSU (National Panthers Students Union) a new agenda for the year-2011. The new agenda for entire students’ community includes bifurcation of the J&K State Board of School Education in the interest of entire students’ community of both the provinces, Kashmir and Jammu. Justifying NPSU agenda for 2011 of separating the School Board so that the students of the two provinces do not suffer the loss of one year in seeking admission to the professional colleges. In this support, Prof. Bhim Singh pleaded that when Kashmir and Jammu provinces have separates universities, separate directors of education, justice lies in establishing a separate director of the school board for the province of Kashmir and the province of Jammu. The principle is simple and understandable; separate universities, separate directorates of education and therefore separate directorates of State Board of School Education. He expressed full support to the NPSU and the young Panthers in achieving this agenda this year through peaceful and non-violent means. Congratulating the NPSU and Young Panthers leadership for their historic victory in their battle to make Jammu Central University functional with a Dogra vice Chancellor. He expressed satisfaction on the leadership of new generation and hoped that they shall prove a great asset in the final battle for Reorganization of J&K, which is the only way out to remove 60 years old discrimination, injustice and inequality among the people of the three regions.
