| Lok Adalat organized | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Aug 12: A mega Lok Adalat was organized in district court complex Kishtwar which was presided over by the chairman District Legal Services Committee Mohan Lal Manhas, (Prinoipal District and session Judge) and assisted by Chief Judicial Magistrate Ashwani Kumar Sharma and Munasiff Magistrate Vinod Kumar.
Twenty Five (25) cases of criminal and civil nature were taken before Lok Adalat, out of which eleven (11) cases were disposed off including four civil oldest cases pending since 1998, 2000 and 2003 on spot by mediation conciliation and negotiation.
The Lok Adalat was also attended by O.P.Parihar, President Bar Association Kishtwar along with others members of the Bar, public prosecutor and large number of litigants and general public.
