Wild Bear mauls mother of 3 children

Srinagar, Dec 1
A wild bear attacked a woman who is mother of three children in Handwara forest and she was shifted to District Hospital Handwara in a critical condition . According to reports reaching here, Attiqa W/O Bashir Ahmed Bhat R/O Shah Nagri Mawar Handwara, mother of three Children, was mauled by a wild bear, when she was collecting fire wood in a nearby forest area. Though attiqa raised an alarm and people in the vicinity rushed to the sport and ran after the bear, but he ran away from the area. The people shifted Attiqa to District Hospital Handwara in a critical condition. It is in place to mention here that repeated attacks by wild life species has gripped panic among people in the area as a result of which people get confined to their homes early in the evening.
