| SPO, TA jawan produced before media | | | Surankote, Aug 13 : Poonch police has produced SPO and TA Jawan before media at Surankote,who claimed that they had planned the encounter 15 days ago at Rajouri and had picked the civilian from Rajouri on August 4.
Talking to media persons, Abdul Majeed TA Jawan and SPO Noor Mohammad accused in fake encounter told media person that the conspiracy of fake encounter was hatched by them at Rajouri only for getting money and promotion. They said that nobody other than them is involved in the encounter.
Meanwhile, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Ashkoor Wani said that the DNA of claimants of the body have been collected and being sent to Forensic Lab for testing to establish the veracity of claims. |
