| HC orders release of 2 detunes | | |
Srinagar, Dec 1
The State High Court quashed PSA slapped on two detunes and order their release here today. The cases of Gulzar Ahmed Dar S/O Gh Hassan R/O Kulgam and Jalal-ud-Din Wani came up for hearing before the court of Justice J.P.Singh during which Advocate B.A.Tak and Advocate Ashad Andrabi appeared on behalf of the appellants.
After hearing the argument of the standing counsels of the appellants and counter arguments of Government advocates, Justice J.P Singh quashed the Public Safety act slapped on the above named detunes and ordered their immediate release. |
