| Judicial Academy organizes lecture on ‘Time Management” | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Aug 14: – Jammu and Kashmir State Judicial Academy today organized a lecture on “Time Management” by nation fame expert in Neuro Linguistic Programming N. C Sridharan. Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the latest state of the art technology to perform at ones full potential which became popular in the west during early eighties and is now gaining fame in India as well.
The objective of organizing the lecture of the Sridharan was to make the participants aware about the concept of developing the skills of tapping once potential in full with a special focus on the time Management.
Speaking on the topic, Sirdharan said that though every individual has goals and ambitions in life but everyone is able to use their time and talent in proper way. He said there was a need to learn how to inspire, empower and motivate to enable oneself to operate at an enhanced level of performance.
He said by employing simple NLP principles, concepts and skills, one can effectively use his time to realize best in life. He said these techniques help in overcoming lack of consistency, laziness, procrastination which will in turn help to realize one’s
goals.” We are to help the individuals and businesses to make fullest use of their talent with better time management.
To support his point, Srinadhan cited examples of people, who despite their physical inabilities achieved high aims and goals. He said the secret of success is in adding more quality and life to one’s life and it is what the NLP is all about.
