| BAJ suspends work | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, August-16 (JNF):- Normal work in courts remained affected todaty as Bar Association Jammu abstained from work to support Ana Hazarae crusade against corruption. The lawyers held a demonstration to enforce accountability of the corrupt elements, even at the highest level administration and Govt hierarchy. President BAJ BS Salathia said that the cause against corrupt system and taking the lead in this
crusade against the corruption announced that Govt should not attempt
to suppress the non-violent and peaceful mode airing the genuine
public demand for a comprehensive Lok Pal. At this occasion General
Secreatry BAJ Vikram Sharma also addressed the gathering.
Today’s demonstration number of senior advocates present
including office bearers Adv MU Salaria Vice President BAJ, Parimoksh
Seth Joint Secreatry BAJ, Sandeepa Samyal Treasures besides Advocate
Rohan Nanda President YLA and Nitin Gupta General Secretary YLA were
also present.
