JAMMU: In unconnected incidents, two Vaishnodevi pilgrims, including a woman, today died under mysterious circumstances near the holy cave shrine of the goddess in Trikuta Hills of Katra.
Police said Seema Bhutani (36), wife of Manoj Bhutani of Faridabad, Haryana, died near the bhavan due to unknown reasons.
Bilas Maharaj (56), son of Babu Maharaj, also died under similar circumstances in the bhavan area at about 3.30 am, police added.
Police had initiated inquest proceedings in both the cases under section 174 of CrPC. |
