| DB frames ROBKAR against former Director SSG | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, August-17 (JNF):- Division Bench of Jammu & Kashmir High Court
comprising Justice Virender Singh and Justice JP Singh in a
contempt petition framed ROBKAR against Rajesh Kumar IPS then Director
Special Security Group & Ors,
Today Fayaz Ahmed and Ranbir Singh respondents were present in person, however Rajesh Kumar then Director SSG has not appeared, AAG Gagan Basotra appearing for the State, stated that on account of some communication between him and then
Director SSG, he is instructed not to appear. Upon this Division Bench
directed Rajesh Kumar to appear in person on the next date of hearing
which is fixed in the week commencing September 5, 2011 subject to the
availability of the Bench and directed Fayaz Ahmed and Ranbir Singh
respondents who are present today shall also cause their appearance on
the next date of hearing. JNF
