| President’s Award for MANUU Lecturer | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Hyderabad, Aug 17: Shahid Naukhez Azmi, asst. professor Persian, Maulana Azad National Urdu University has been selected for the prestigious President of India’s “Maha Rishi Badrayan Vyas Samman 2011”.
This award is meant for emerging young scholars for Sanskrit, Persian,
Arabi & Pali.
According to a press release from Press Information Bureau, the distinction is conferred once a year on the Independence Day in recognition of substantial contribution in the field of Sanskrit, Pali/Prakrit, Arabic and Persian.
Shahid Naukhez Azmi is author of a dozen literary books. His research based articles are published regularly in referred Journals in India & abroad. UGC has also granted him a Major Research Project.
