| MLA Poonch inaugurates Mini Krishi Bhawan | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
POONCH, AUGUST 17 – Member Legislative Assembly, Poonch, Mr. Ajaz Ahmed Jan along with District Development Commissioner, Poonch, Mr. Ajeet Kumar Sahu inaugurated Mini Krishi Bhawan complex here yesterday.
The building was completed at a cost of Rs. 9.63 lakh to house the office of Chief Agriculture Officer, Poonch which was earlier housed in a private building earlier.
ADDC, Mr. Anwar Hussain Shal, ADC, Mr. Mohammad Maltoob Khan, Chiefs of Agriculture and Horticulture departments, subordinate functionaries of Agriculture department and prominent citizens including S. Rajinder Singh and President Shri Dashnami Akhara Mandir, Mr. Basant Ram and other attended the function organized on the occasion.
Highlighting achievements of Agriculture department, Chief Agriculture Officer said that the Mini Krishi Bhawan has been constructed by the departmental experts and was complete in all respects.
The building was funded under centrally sponsored Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojna (RKVY), while another building of District Agriculture store has been completed during March this year.
