In a statement issued here today, Niaz said that due to the slow speed work of the PMGSY roads and all other R&B roads and bridges in Bhaderwah people are suffering.
He said 5 kms long Gandoh-Dhadkai road has been taken up for execution about three years back under PMGSY but till date only 200 meters of earth work has been executed.
Similarly, Foot Bridge at Shoran over nala Kalgoni is under construction for the last two years, he added.
He said such irresponsible attitude of the concerned departments and contractors have evoked resentment among the people and now people of Dhadkai area have to follow the route via Kirloo which amounts about 15 Km excess distance. He said same is the condition of PHE schemes and electrical department, people are suffering for want of drinking water and power supply in many villages in his constituency.
