12/1/2006 10:50:29 PM

Jammu, Dec 01
Coming up with altogether a different stance for solving Kashmir tangle, a caller identifying himself as chief spokesman of Lashker-e –Toiaba Dr.Abdullah Gaznavi told News Agency of Kashmir that the issue could only be solved through “Plebiscite” as per UN resolutions’
This is for the first time since the emergence of militancy in the state that an armed group like Lashkar-e-Toiba has come up with such a statement. Till now every armed group active in the state has been declaring that arms struggle was only way to solve the tangle.
The spokes man also condemned attack on the wife of former HM commander Abdul Majid Dar’.
The caller made the statement after he was asked to commit upon the three point agenda put forth by HM Supremmoo Sayed Sallahudin. He said HM has its individual view point but he himself do not believe that India would ever with draw her forces from Kashmir. On asking about whether his organization would announce seize fire if India concedes to conditions laid by Sallahudin, he said this is never going to happen.
Condemning the attack on former HM commander’s wife, the caller said that the “Kashmir Movement” has reached to a critical stage where the people of Kashmir, politicians and the leaders of “Therik” should have to understand the “designs” of elements who are trying to sabotage the “movement.” “ I feel that a Kashmir council should be constituted involving people from Hurriyat Conference, Jihad Council, Jammu Kashmir Bar Association and Kashmiri Intellectuals to investigate the attacks be carried on people, ” he added .
