| Sepoy hurt in landmine blast | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Aug 20: An army jawan was Friday wounded critically in a landmine blast near the Line of Control (LoC) in Mendhar sub-sector of Poonch
Police sources said sepoy Ram Kishore of 17 Mahar was on routine patrol duty along the LoC at Balohi near Negi Tekri in Mendhar when he inadvertently stepped over a landmine.
In the explosion, he sustained critical injuries. He was evacuated to the command hospital, Udhampur.
