| Particularly in the last two decades , whatsoever the change took place in the world , the blood shed remained important part of the movement . In the entire world , the policy of bullet for bullet was unanimously adopted by all parties involved in any dispute . There was no taker of Gandhian philosophy of non violence in the age of nuclear weapons till 16 august 2011 , when a 74 year old with average size and weight person namely Anna Hazare shook the country of having one third population of the world on his one voice . Hundreds of thousands of people across the India converged on streets on his peaceful protests call , interestingly , not even a single penny worth property was damaged any where in India during the protests . As per the record available , the Delhi streets have never seen such sentiments after independence .
Political analysts and observers is of the opinion that Anna’s this non violent movement and its acceptability among masses has put a question mark on the movements being launched and carried with AK 47 and AK 56 rifles in the world at present . The acceptability of the person and his philosophy can be gauged with a simple fact that his rallies and protest marches were not joined by any particular section of the society . From students to IT sector carrier builders , from legal councilors to doctors , from professors to businessmen , from old to teen age every one joined on his call, even the sex workers were also seen part of his movement launched against corruption .
Though the great soul ( Mhatma Gandhi ) died long before , but his philosophy of non violent movement has still potential to change any thing in the world at present too when whole of the world is running fast to get more and more weaponry power for survival and success . India’s freedom struggle history says that it was the only Mahtma Gandhi’s quit India non violent movement which forced Britain to succumb . It is said that when Mahtma Gandhi launched his non violent movement against British agent rulers in India , a Britain agent in India wrote a letter to his English mentor in which he sought suggestion that “ how to kill a loin non violently” . In his letter he clarifies, that they are in fix how to deal with the non violent moment launched by Indian leader Mahtma Gandhi . The point that it is very difficult for any even cruel regimes to attack on the peaceful people . And Anna Hazaare has proved it again in the country which faces sever criticisms from various quarters for its involvement in human rights violations .
This is not necessary that every body can pull crowds despite the importance of the issue he raises , it depends upon the personality who calls . Anna Hazzarey has proved his character in the masses in his 74 years of journey . If he would have been tainted in any manner in his practical life , the people would not have reacted like they did on his call . There are scores of such self styled Gandhians wearing boat shape caps and pretending to be the true Gandhians but they were never taken seriously by the people . Anna Hazarey is the person who has even donated his pension to a local trust in his village and he takes shelter in a room of the temple in his native village Ralegoan Sidhhi in Ahmednagar Maharshtra . Observers is of the opinion that Anna Hazzarey’s this non violent and popular movement has put a question mark on the bloody movements being launched in the world . It’s biggest impact will be seen and witnessed in south Asia if he succeeded in his goal . And there is no option apparently with the government of India but to succumb before Anna Hazare and accept his demand because the mass support to his cause was swelling with every passing day .
