| Lt Gen Parnaik visits Tiger Division | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Aug 20:
Lieutenant General KT Parnaik, General Officer Commanding –in-Chief, Northern Command visited Jammu Garrison today. The General Officer was welcomed by Major General TPS Waraich, General Officer Commanding, Tiger Division at Tiger Helipad.
The Army Commander visited the Tiger Division Headquarters, where he was briefed by GOC Tiger Division. Later, Gen Parnaik, Colonel of the Rajputana Rifles visited a Rajputana Rifles Regiment and addressed the soldiers in Special Sainik Sammelan and appreciated their commitment and devotion to duty.
The General expressed appreciation and congratulated the brave riflemen for their continued dedication and patriotic fervour and exhorted them to remain ready for future challenges.
After interaction with the troops, the Army Cdr returned to Udhampur SN Acharya Photographic Officer, Officiating PRO Defence was also present on the occasion
