Anna momentum surges ahead in city

JAMMU, Aug 21:
Several political and social organisations supporting Anna Hazare’s crusade against corruption continued to rally behind the veteran Gandhain for the sixth consecutive day today in several parts of the city.
Activists of different Farmers’ organizations of J&K gathered in large numbers at Press Club of Jammu to sit on hunger strike.
While addressing the farmers Kulbhushan Khajuria President JKEDA said that today Anna has give us such a wonderful opportunity to contribute for the betterment of the country and we all should come forward to support him and set a good example for the nation today corruption has make a place in the bones of corrupt peoples.
Tajinder Singh President Jammu and Kashmir Flower Growers association said. The nation was suffering the menace of corruption for several decades, but it was Anna, who created awareness about issues and became a rallying point for people and with this his team has begun a second revolution in country that is Lokpal Bill which can MAKE India a prosperous Nation.
Dev Raj R.S. Pura Rice growers association said that Anna have started the second quit India moment which was revolution in 1942 because of which the Britisher had to quit India. But the loot and rowdyism have not stopped. That is why the second freedom struggle has begun.

Davinder Singh Joint Secretary Strawberry Growers Association of India said that it is abest of village peoples to express their internal feeling about fight against corruption and every body should come forward to fight against corruption.
Vegetables Growers Association President PN Padhe also spoke on the occasion.
Kranti Dal today held a scooter/motorcycle rally to support Anna Hazare against corruption.
Hundreds of motorcyclists / scooterists attended the rally, which started from Hari Market and went through lower Gummat, Vinayak Bazar, Raghunath Bazar, City Chowk, Purani Mandi, Parade, Shalamar and concluded at Hari Market. The motorcycle riding youth held placards in their hands to support Anna Hazare and shouting slogans like "We are with you Anna, Kapil Sibbal Hai - Hai, Corruption Ko

Addressing the media persons Anan Sharma (working Chairman) said that the torch lit by Anna Hazare against corruption will not be allowed to diminish and we will support Anna with our soul and work.
Pritam Sharma (State Gen. Secy.) shouting slogans "Abhi Nahin to Kabhi
Nahin" said that the ministers of the corrupt Govt. were giving false statements but the youth and people of Jammu are awake and know what is right or wrong so they are not going to be misled by such statements and the people of India will show these corrupt ministers their right place.
In the on going nation wide revolution started by Veteran Gandhian Anna
Hazare, the deaf and dumb section of the society also joined the movement.
They took out a peace rally from Mubarak Mandi Jammu in support of the Anti Corruption movement and Jan Lok Pal bill today.
On behalf of deaf and dumb Vijay Kumar Gupta ( President Deaf & dumb Association) expressed their solidarity with Anna Hazare and declare they will ever remain ready to sacrifice their lives for the sake of good governance and people’s welfare. The rally culminated at Parade Ground.
International Hindu Personal Law Board India (IHPLBI) has also extended its support to Anna’s movement against corruption. The decision was taken in meeting of the organisation here.
It was decided in the meeting that the organisation would launch major crusade in support of Anna.
The meeting was presided over by President Romesh Gupta. The others who present on the occasion included Kulbushan Gupta, Kuldip Gupta, Bhagwati Sharan, Narain Langer, Rakesh Gupta, Dr. Puneet Kapoor, Dr. Suneel Choudhary and President Lady Wing Santosh Mehta
The POK Refugee Front also appreciated and joined the crusade started by Anna Hazare against corruption and black money stashed in the foreign banks by the politicians, big wigs and bureaucrats.
