JCC demands implementation of agreement before September 6 | | |

JAMMU, August 22: JCC of the J&K Government employees comprising of three major sections of the employees, held a joint press conference led by Khurshid Alam, Ram Kumar Sharma and Abdul Qayum Wani , in light of the present scenario and arrogant altitude of the J&K State Government and some henchmen who are opposing the agitation on behest of the Government.
JCC has called for three days strike on 6th, 7th and 8th September, 2011 and also a joint demonstration will be held at Srinagar on September 8 in front of Civil Secretariat Srinagar to stress the Government to implement its agreement held with JCC on 19.02.2009 and 14th May, 2010.
While addressing conference Khurshid Alam Ram Kumar Sharma besides Ganesh Khajuria, S. Kulwant Singh, Bhalwan Singh Jamwal, Amrik S'ingh, Dev Anand Gill, Babu Hussain Ivialik, Balwinder Singh, Purshottam Sharma, Joginder Pal, Shahid Hussain, Uttam Chand, Bharat Bhushan, Dharminder Singh, Amrik Singh Sassan,Madan SangraL Satish Dutta, Ranjit Singh Rajinder Gupta jointly said the JCC has served the notice to the state Government to concede the just and genuine agree demands before 6th September failing which the employees would go on three days "Kaam Chodo Hartal" on 6th, 7th and 8th September as already announced by the JCC.
JCC expressed series concern over the issue of corruption and said that as a part and parcel of the society we are very much concerned with the issue and asked the Government to deal firmly with the corrupt element of the society.
The JCC leaders called upon the all sections of the state Govternment employees to join three days strike on 6th, 7th and 8th September and also to participate the in rallies of the JCC to make it a grand success.
