| BSF Jawan goes missing | | |

Doda, Aug 22: A Border Security Force (BSF) Jawan of 68 Battalion of Samba was reportedly missing from Khellani area of Doda District.
As per reports, one BSF Jawan namely Subhash Chander (91004660) S/o Soba Ram age 39 years r/o village Bulandpur Ranka at present Khellani Doda went missing few days ago and his whereabouts were not known so far.
In this connection the family members of missing person have lodged a missing report complaint in police station Khellani.
Giving the details of Subhash Chander, the family members said that he was serving as a constable in BSF and posted at Samba District.
He had came to his home for a two months leave and was about to go back to resume his duty but he is absconding for the last few days.
It is not confirmed that he had gone to his place of posting or somewhere in Doda District. The fate of the missing BSF Jawan is still unknown.
It is further said that he had minor mental disturbance since 2 years and family members have informed all the govt. agencies as well as their relatives and friends to provide the information about said person.
According to their family members, the said person was last seen in wearing an army pant and blue coloured shirt and has his wife and two children who are studying in class 9th in Khellani.
