Bhaderwah to become tourist destination, hill station soon

Bhaderwah, Aug 23: The Bhaderwah town known as mini Kashmir soon will become a tourist destination and hill station with the efforts of the state as well as the center government.
Five years back Bhaderwah Development Tourism Authority started many ambitious projects to generate the infrastructure of the tourism sector of the area in which main projected are completed and will be inaugurated soon which included Youth Hostel at Jai which is a health resort ,where 400 students will be accommodated , restaurant at the same spot and restaurant at Gatha ,Bhaderwah where is a big fish pond and park . According to sources many projects of the Bhaderwah Development Tourism Authority are under execution which included Telegarh Tourist Complex ,Yatra base camp Nalthi where a herbal garden will be made and sound and light system at Bhaderwah fort will be installed .
BDA is planning to start three shows in Bhaderwah Fort where history of Bhaderwah ,Kailash Yatra and Mela Pat will be displayed through Laser Electronic Display.
There are also many projects which are under submission for 2011-12 pilgrim and eco tourism at the cost of 5 crores and there are also so many important projects which will increase the influx of tourist at Bhaderwah which included Bhaderwah –Bhelassa tourist circuit development at the cost of 8 core and Kara Gundoh Jai Bhaderwah circuit road .Sources within BDA also disclosed that additional accommodation will be generated at TRC Bhaderwah which have double stories hut and a conference hall at Telegarh . Keeping in view the heavy influx of pilgrims for the Kailash yatra at least two buildings with the accommodation of 400 yatris will be made in the BHaderwah town.
It is also notable here that BDA this year have started helicopter service for the pilgrims of the Kailash Kund at low cost to attract more and more pilgrim tourist to this area and solar lights in route the Kailash Kund.
