HC seeks affidavit from petitioner

Jammu, August-23 (JNF):- In a petition filed by one Usha Devi submitted that Mr. Babu Ram Tandon the Chidl Development Project Officer, Billawar had file a false affidavit indicating that the application form of selected candidates were received within the date notified for receipt of application forms to defeat the petitioner’s genuine plea that respondent No 3 had not applied seeking enegagment as Anagwari Helper in the Village Panchayat Garh Malti, before the date notified for the purpose.
Justice JP Singh of Jammu & Kashmir High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Adv HC Jalmeria appearing for the petitioner, Deputy AG Vinod Bakshi for the State and Adv Meenakshi Kohli for the private respondents, directed the petitioner to file affidavit within week’s time to support her statement that Babu Ram Tandon, Child Development Project Officer, Billawar, has filed a false affidavit.
